Return and Refund Policy

We take customer satisfaction seriously.  Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.

All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receipt by writing to [email protected] or using the Contact Us form on this website.  Please provide detailed information, including images, for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame.  The information you provide will help us to make sure the problem doesn’t happen again.  You will receive a full refund for products damaged during shipping.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please submit this request in writing to [email protected], or the Contact Us form on this website or by mail at 517 W. 7th Street, Newport, KY  41071.
